Stop Cards


For Existing Customers Only (Lost or Stolen Cards)

  1. This method of stopping cards can be used as your notification to the company as per our standard terms and conditions.
  2. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your notification and the time and date of this reply is the notification time from when our terms and conditions will apply.
  3. Should confirmation not be received within 3 working hours please email your request to cards@groupcustomerservices.com or fax direct to our office on 0844 880 2468
  4. Working hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
  5. After you have received confirmation of your notification, you will remain liable for all transactions made with such lost or stolen card(s) for a period expiring at the end of the second working day after the day on which notification received in accordance with our standard terms and conditions save that no such release from responsibility will be given to you if it can be established on the balance of probabilities that:
    1. The Cardholder gave the relevant Card to an unauthorised person or;
    2. The loss of the Card was due to the gross negligence of the Cardholder or;
    3. The Cardholder failed to adhere to a request made by the Company or its representative to destroy or return the Card to the Company or;
    4. The Cardholder was in breach in any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
